The Stackjunior Tech League isn't just a competition; it's a dynamic journey designed to supercharge tech education for K-12 students and inspire excellence within partner schools.
Every student, proudly representing their school on the Stackjunior platform, enters a thrilling tech competition where they earn valuable Experience Points (XP) for their classroom activities. Here's how it unfolds:

Every Monday, we unveil the Top Techies of the previous week. These remarkable students have a common trait – they’ve outperformed their peers by earning the highest XPs in that week. It’s a fierce but friendly competition, driving students to give their best every week.
For instance, consider two students, A and B. A had 250 XPs two weeks ago, while B started at 100 XPs. Last week, they earned an additional 20 XPs and 30 XPs, respectively. Although A now boasts 270 XPs and B only has 130 XPs, B would be ranked higher that week because the XP B earned for that week was higher than A making them the Top Techie for that specific week due to their exceptional performance.

Now, let's shift our focus to the Termly Main Event, the Stackjunior Tech League Championship. Here, it's not just about weekly glory; it's about consistent dedication. The ultimate winner isn't solely determined by a single week's achievements but by the cumulative XPs earned throughout the term.
Consider our familiar students, A and B, once more. While B might have clinched the title for a weekly event, the League Leaderboard tells a more comprehensive story. A, with a higher total XP, secures a higher position in the rankings. This highlights the importance of persistence and ongoing efforts throughout the term.

XPs are earned for activities done while learning on the Stackjunior Platform.
